Clubhouse Rebuild Project

The old clubhouse was full of character; however, the original part was built in the 1920’s and in very poor condition, especially the roof and much of the woodwork. Also, because it had hardly any insulation it was expensive to heat during the winter months.

The new clubhouse is designed for large group meetings and indoor sports like table tennis and short mat bowls.  It has underfloor heating, plenty of natural light and a large space without support pillars.  It offers better facilities for the community including toddler groups, the visually impaired, an art group and others.  We also have a smaller side room that can be used for committee meetings and smaller gatherings.  We have a very well stocked bar and fully equipped kitchen.
